The American Council of the Blind Scholarship is open to legally blind students who are enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies. You must submit an autobiographical sketch of no more than 2 pages, a certification of legal blindness, transcripts, a letter of recommendation, and proof of acceptance or enrollment from a post-secondary school.
