The Frank O'Neill Memorial Scholarship is available to students attending a university, college, trade school, technical institute, vocational training or other post-secondary education program. To be eligible, you must submit an essay of fewer than 750-words on how one instance of peer pressure has made a positive or negative impact on your life and if given the chance, would you change this instance.
